From the list of accounts below (first name, last name, username), choose the account that you would like to be the surviving account by selecting the check box next to that account in the column marked "Surviving Account".
In the column marked "Accounts to be merged" select the check box next to all of the accounts that you would like merged into one surviving account.
After you make your selections, click the "Merge these Accounts" link below. The login information for the surviving account will be emailed to you immediately so that you can begin to use this account for your current purchase. Please expect 24-48 hours for your remaining accounts to be successfully merged into the surviving account. You will be emailed when the accounts have been merged.
