Early Childhood Manufacturers' Direct (ECMD) markets and sells the largest selection of early childhood furniture and equipment shipped direct from manufacturers to schools, preschools and early childhood programs.
Founded in 1996 by Paul Estep as a web-only business, ECMD’s goal was to bring early childhood educators the lowest price possible on the broadest selection of product. By concentrating on excellent customer service, ECMD has grown quickly since its inception.
In February 2003, ECMD and Paul Estep became part of the Excelligence Learning Corporation family of companies. In May 2003, the first ECMD catalog was published to extend ECMD’s reach into the early childhood education community. |
