If you are dissatisfied with any item for any reason, please call us for return instructions. Return authorizations need to be requested within 30 days of delivery. ECMD will coordinate with the freight carrier(s) to arrange for pick-up and transport of your return. Returns are subject to terms set by the individual manufacturers. Re-stocking charges may apply and can vary between 10-30% plus return freight charges, depending on the manufacturer and/or the situation.
If the return is a result of a manufacturer or ECMD error, you will not be responsible for any additional charges.
Before Signing For Delivery...
It is very important that you inspect your items for visible and hidden damage. Be sure to note any damage on the shipping paperwork and have the driver sign too. Please keep all packaging and paperwork. If you have damaged items, please call us within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
