To check the status of your order, first click "My Account", then "My Order History and Tracking" to view a list of every online order you have placed with Early Childhood Manufacturers' Direct since May 20, 2003. At "My Order History and Tracking", you can click on any order number to view the order details, including the items you ordered, the order number, the date you placed the order, and the date the order was shipped. For your protection, you will be required to log in before viewing your online Order Status. If you require further information about your order, please telephone, fax or email ECMD Customer Service.
